Kenzie And Mommy Date Night

Mackenzie and I had the chance to have a date night together just the girls. We decided to use her "Book It" coupon that she had got from school for reading thirty books and go to Pizza Hut for super. When I was getting ready to leave Mackenzie saw that I had put the camera in my purse and she wanted to take a picture of me she said, " Mommy you can put this picture up in your blog." So thank you Mackenzie for taking a picture of Mommy so I can put it up on my blog. Mackenzie asked me very nicely on the way to Pizza Hut if she could order her own pizza because she didn't need any help for Mommy. I thought it was cute how she said it and well how could I say no to that. While we waited for our pizza's to come we had a fun time talking about girl stuff and what was going on at school.

I just want to add that the Mt.Dew was a very special treat because we don't let the kids drink pop. I thought it was great that she had to pick the pop that Daddy always drinks.

I ended the night by taking Mackenzie to Starbucks. She had her own hot chocolate and Mommy had her pumpkin spice latte. The perfect way to end a date night in Mommy's mind.

The guy that made our drinks heard that we were out on a date so he made Mackenzie's extra special. He put on lots of extra whip cream!!!!
