Many people ask Justin and I WHY we don't Santa at our house? They tell us that we are being mean to our kids, or we are WAY to serious, or the best yet we are just joy killers. Believe me when I say that Justin and I are not joy killers when it comes to Christmas and celebrating the birth of our Savior. We believe that we should never lie to our kids about anything, and that means Santa, Easter Bunny and Tooth Fair.Here is a wonderful article about Santa. Your Dad I received many the same type of comments about homeschooling! You guys are probably making many uncomfortable about lying to their children too. Remember the devil would love nothing more than for the Rumphol children to worship him instead of having so much fun shopping for Jesus and all the other traditions you celebrate. I so wanted to do the same thing with you girls, but did not have the backbone to do so!! Love, Mom
