30 day giving challenge Day two

When I got up this morning I had no idea for how I was going to give or who I would give too. I wanted to make sure that I didn't miss a opportunity to give becasue I thought it was to small.

Today I gave to Brandon my son. Alot of you know that he was born Down Syndrome, and this summer he finally became potty trained. (Thank you Lord Jesus) Lately the little guy has had more trouble with not getting to the potty in time. My heart truly breaks for him because you can just see that he is mad at himself when this happens.

Brandon had two BM accidents and wet the bed at nap time today. I was able to give to him the love he need. Postive incouragment that he could do this even when it is hard and loving arms to fall into when he was sad. I gave of my time with the two baths that needed to be given and then to do the big pile of laundry. All with a smile on my face.

You might be saying well that is just what a mom would do, and you are right but I did it with a servent's addituted. I think that alot of the time we moms can get caught up with all that needs to get done and we forget that are main job is to give to our children and to show them the love of Christ.
