Thanksgiving 2010 was great for the Rumphol family. We shared the day with Grandma and Papa, one of their friends--Joyce, and man from our church, Alen. We got to Grandma's house at 9 a.m. sharp so we could watch the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
This year, I did all the cooking for Grandma. She has not been feeling well, so I wanted to make sure that she felt good for the holiday. This was my first year of doing the WHOLE Thanksgiving dinner. I wanted it to be perfect. The menu was turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, baked sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, and homemade pumpkin rolls. It was better than I had hoped for.
